Ecommerce Executive

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We have the exciting opportunity to join our Ecommerce team as Ecommerce Executive where you will work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton retail websites.

You will join our newly established Website Operations team to support our ever-growing brands, ensuring our websites are ready for seasonal launches and supporting with general administration to provide an excellent experience for our customers. You be showcasing our USPs such as our huge product personalisation offering across product ranges which includes monogramming, embroidery and embossing. You will make an impact by focusing on our personalisation features and general administration across our sites to provide an excellent experience for customers who are making those extra special purchases.

You will be responsible for many technical aspects of the B2C sites, supporting on B2B where required. You will build strong relationships with various stakeholders internally and work with other departments across the business to collate accurate information and ensure a seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.

If you are someone who has had some experience working with websites, is passionate about understanding and enjoys problem solving and has good excel skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you

You can predominantly work from home in this position but will be required to work from our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire twice a month on average for key meetings, but may flex up and down dependent on business needs.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Preparing and inputting product data, video and imagery for bulk uploads with a focus on B2C and personalised product offerings
- Ensuring that product information and personalised elements are maintained in line with our ERP software requirements
- Setting up and maintaining all personalisation features for both Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton
- Ensuring all orders correctly sync between our website and our ERP
- Supporting customer service when needed to investigate and resolve any onsite bugs predominantly in relation to personalised products, supporting with other investigations where needed
- Liaising with various teams including Design, Systems and Print Ops to ensure personalised products launch onsite efficiently, project managing the timely delivery, highlighting risks
- Communicating workload and project priorities to management
- Actively raising any site improvement needs to the Ecommerce Development Manager
- Supporting and maintaining a website user guide
- In collaboration with the wider team, supporting with setup and maintain website discounts via cart price and catalogue price rules (including generating discount codes for internal Customer Experience team and Marketing team)
- Supporting in actioning any Merchandising department website requests including enabling and disabling products

- Knowledge of Magento is desirable
