**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the wonderful opportunity to lead our talented Digital and Print Design teams on all Joma Jewellery projects as Lead Brand Designer.

You will be a passionate brand ambassador for creative brand design across our Joma Jewellery brand initiatives. This position is a dynamic role that works cross-departmental as well as being hands-on with creative details of each campaign. You will work collaboratively with our Brand Manager’s, Art Director and Creative Director to develop and design brand identity documents and take responsibility for ensuring creative consistency across all channels.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Brand Designer with experience leading and developing both print and digital design teams who can use their exceptional graphic design skills to bring brand storytelling to life, with a passion for the jewellery and gifting industry.

This is a hybrid role meaning you'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire once a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs and you will have flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Creating seasonal identity toolkits, incorporating; key messaging lock up’s, campaign imagery, hero products, and graphic guidelines. Communicating and training all teams as required
- Being responsible for quarterly reviews of Joma Jewellery brand guideline documents, updating and communicating changes to all seniors, management, and stakeholders where necessary
- Collaborating with senior creative managers to proactively plan and work towards the seasonal Marketing calendar whilst ensuring concept creation, campaign styling and brand identity meets the creative vision and is created in line with business-critical path timelines
- Taking responsibility for ensuring creative consistency across all Joma Jewellery brand outputs; Digital, Print, B2B, Events and Wholesale
- Working closely with Art Director to ensure photography vision and graphic design concepts come together in sync
- Ensuring all Senior management teams have early visibility on creative plans
- Training the creative team on our styling and brand principles
- Taking responsibility for new starter's Joma Jewellery brand onboarding, ensuring team members have everything they need to achieve and exceed brand designing
- Being responsible for direct line management of one Joma Jewellery Senior Digital Designer, ensuring they’re fully trained and executing brand identity and implementing to their junior team members
- Working closely with Senior Print Designers to ensure they’re implementing brand guidelines and training the team in their day-to-day, ensuring overall consistency
- Working closely with Digital Marketing to fully understand data and performance of creative (paid advertising, Sales targets, etc) to ensure new concept development is based on performance and analysis to ensure constant improvement
- Work with Ecommerce to ensure all wire frame and template development is in line with brand identity and performance
- Supporting with any other brands owned by the company.

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Passion for design and a creative approach to Jewellery and Fashion Brand identity.
- Love of visual storytelling, brand design and photography.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering effective digital and print strategies and design solutions.
- Strong brand awareness with proven experience of developing and defining brand look and feel across multiple channels.
- Natural leader with the ability to take ownership of the role with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brands perspective keeping within their core values and design.
- Advanced graphic software skills Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is essential. Specialist additional digital graphic software skills are desirable
- A proven track record of managing processes and people to effectively deliver a best in class online experience
- A positive and inspiring team leader that motivates and mentors the team as well as engaging with other departments such as customer services, wholesale, web and marketing
- Investigate and initiate the use of new design practices and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities, managing multiple projects
