**Position: Care & Support Worker**
**Pay Rate: Up to £12 per hour + mileage**
**Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank positions available**
**Responsibilities**:
As a Care & Support Worker, your role will involve providing essential assistance to individuals requiring care and support in their own homes. This encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including the elderly and those with physical and learning disabilities. Your daily tasks will include personal care, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and offering companionship.
**Person Specification**:
- No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- We are seeking individuals with a compassionate, caring, and positive demeanor.
- A genuine passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must possess a vehicle and reside within 10 miles of Nantwich.
