We have an excellent opportunity for a **Care Worker** to join our incredible **Home Care** **Team** in Nantwich and surrounding areas.
- Role: Care & Support Worker
- Pay Rate: Up to £12 per hour + mileage
- Hours: Full-Time, part time and bank flexi hours to fit in round your life

**Duties Include**
- To support people who require care and support in their own homes including the elderly, and those with physical and learning disabilities
- Daily duties include, personal care, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, laundry and companionship

**Person Specification**
- No previous experience required as full training will be given.
- Compassionate, caring and positive personality.
- Possess a genuine passion for making a real difference in people’s lives
- Good Communication Skills.
- Has a vehicle and lives within 10 miles of Nantwich
