We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to monitor residents' needs and report any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a healthcare or social care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- DBS check required.
