Job Title: Care Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to monitor residents' needs and report any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a healthcare or social care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • DBS check required.
