**Job Summary**:
As a Healthcare Agency Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a private sector care home by managing the staffing and scheduling of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the placement of agency personnel to meet the care home's staffing needs while maintaining a high standard of care and adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the quality of care provided and maintain the highest possible standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Stay update to” provider of agency.d with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management related to the agency's operations.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and proven track record of business development.
- Staff Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for healthcare agency personnel, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and motivate individuals to achieve common goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly numerate.
- Proficient in using technology.
- Car Driver

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
