HR & Facilities Manager - Ftc 9 Months

**Reed HR** are looking to recruit a HR & Facilities Manager for a period of 9 months ( FTC)

The successful person will be proactive, independent, highly organised and naturally take full ownership of all duties required.

You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the HR Function-this is a standalone role with no direct reports

Setting up the new HR system and procedures

Updating company policies and procedures

Lead on all Employee related cases

Create a process for onboarding joiners and facilitating smooth exit of leavers

Create new digital HR files for employment contracts etc

Revise company handbook, ensuring its in line and up to date with employment law

Create an internal group communications site for announcing news

Organise and streamline current processes for benefits, pensions etc

Set up and implement new payroll software or organise third party agency to do so

As well as the above, you will be responsible for:
Setting up social media accounts, LinkedIn

Manage/renegotiate mobile phone contracts

Group calendar for trade shows, seasonality

Set up expenses module in Sage HR

Set up MS Teams as Telephone system

Create a database of all contracts for London and another site

Negotiation and maintenance of all ongoing supply contracts

Mobile phones, coffee, office supplies, internet, energy costs

Set up systems for ensuring the following are undertaken correctly:
Health and safety training, PAC testing

Fire testing and training

This is a **hybrid role**, my client requires someone with excellent communications and negotiation skills.

You will be involved in all aspects of a full office renovation
