Are you passionate about supporting the educational journey of young minds? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at a dynamic Primary school in Tower Hamlets.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR administration including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and leave programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
