Are you passionate about supporting the educational journey of young minds? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at a dynamic Primary school in Tower Hamlets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR administration including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and databases.
- Coordinate employee benefits and leave programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
