Global Law Firm has a 6 month contract, potentially longer, for a HR Reward & Benefits Specialist. You will be working as part of a highly regarded shared service HR team fully responsible for managing an effective Reward service. You will be accountablefor the salary and bonus review data for UK (approximately 2000 UK headcount), delivering the HRIS Advanced Compensation process:
**Reward & Benefits Responsibilities**:

- Compensation benchmarking; Collect, analyse and document data to support ongoing benchmarking and be responsible for management information reporting activities;
- Understanding competitive market data and ensuring constantly up-to-date as regards market developments.
- Ownershipofsalaryreviewtimetableandguidelines.
- Working with International Assignments team regarding all compensation activities.
- Working closely with the HR team to provide support in the delivery of HR initiatives and projects, including research, communications, conducting workshops/presentations
- Management of external stakeholders and suppliers. Working with the wider HR team to define and run tender processes, tracking trends and developments in the market.
- Working with the HR Analytics team to ensure data integrity and provide analysis for each area of operation.
- Liaising with the HR team on the ongoing development of policy positions and assessing the impact of new regulations / legal requirements in the R&B arena.
- Respondingto ad hoc compensationqueriesfromHR Direct,otherHRteams,linemanagersand employees,and escalating complexqueries toReward& Benefit contact if required.

**Reward and Compensation Skills & Experience**
- **ESSENTIAL**: You will have performed salary review cycles and salary benchmarking within a relatively large corporate firm. Beneficial to have also worked in a Shared Services environment but not essential
- Successful delivery of annual bonus/incentive scheme implementations. Capable of providing operational delivery in these areas and be comfortable in partnering with the business in a customer focused manner.
- Highlyanalyticalwithaproblem-solvingapproach.
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables) and have worked with HR systems.
