We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Bonus Administrator who will be supporting the commercial team in the financial support of any processing of hours/ calculations of bonus for weekly trades and fortnightly payments for subcontract trades.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested within the construction industry specifically surveying to learn more about the industry and take the next step in their career.
- Weekly & fortnightly processing of hours/bonus calculations for direct and subcontractor labour trades and fixed pay
- Hours submitted for travel payments
- Processing of sub-contractor payments
- Maintaining payment record sheets up-to-date following completion of each payment run
- Manage and maintain filing systems and databases
- Create a sub-contractor database with all contact details, in line with the company Data Protection Policy
- Taking ownership of this area of work and liaising with the surveyors regarding weekly, fortnightly & monthly payments
- Taking minutes for various meeting i.e., pre-start meeting, commercial meetings etc.
- Be able to adapt and perform general administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
- Be able to confidently manage and work on Microsoft Office packages, predominantly Excel at intermediate level
- Experience of working as a bonus payment clerk would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude towards working and learning
- Be a team player and happy to liaise with other departments within the business
- Strong attention to detail and be used to working with numerical payment sheets
