Fleet/compliance Administrator

**Job Summary**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet and Compliance Administrator to join our team.
Charnwood Commercial Bodies are a growing commercial vehicle manufacturer who build an expanding range of vehicles including Lutons, Curtain Sides and Fridge Vans.
We are looking for someone with experience of administration who is competent in Microsoft Office, well organised and enthusiastic in their work.
**Duties**:
- Fleet Administration - checking in vehicles and ensuring that any damages are recorded and reported as required, production of Stage 2 CoC's and registering of vehicles.
- Managing VIN labels
- Producing Job Sheets/ITB's for each build
- Type approval work - ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
In addition to the above the successful applicant would need to be willing to take on other office duties as needed, ie, answering the telephone, dealing with visitors etc. We are a small office with a friendly team who all work together to achieve results.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
