- The PFI contract comprises schools and health buildings across the country and employs over 400 staff. This role would be based in the Leicester Schools PFI, covering four schools where G4S FM provides cleaning, mechanical and electrical systems, premises management and full Lifecycle.
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, however there is a requirement to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
- As a Compliance Administrator your role is to provide administration support for contractual KPI’s, compliance (e.g. Health & Safety, statutory, HTM’s etc.) and other legislative requirements, to ensure that the contract operates in a manner which fully meets the obligations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Contract Management team to ensure that all buildings operate and are maintained in accordance with all statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Assist with the implementation of the G4S FM Occupational Health & Safety Management System within the contract.
- Monitor contract compliance performance and identify future compliance activities.
- Production of detailed and accurate compliance reports.
- Assist in the production of all operational, commercial and client required contractual and compliance documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and delivery, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate the record keeping process to ensure the upkeep and updating of the document control centre.
- Help perpetuate a culture committed to meeting statutory and corporate health, safety and environmental requirements in order to maintain safe and secure working environments.
- Assist in ensuring the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to and all procedures and policies as detailed in the Health and Safety Manual.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
**Essential**
- Working knowledge of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
- Knowledge of basic building compliance.
- The ability to motivate, prioritise and organise effectively.
- Excellent people and communications skills
- Excellent written skills, proficient in Google programs.

**Desirable**
- A recognised Health and Safety Qualification, for example IOSH / NEBOSH.
- Experience of supporting FM contracts, ideally within the Public Sector or within Healthcare environments.
