Sales Support Co-ordinator

Do you have great organising skills and an excellent customer focus? We are working with a forward thinking, highly respected product design and installation company who need a superb Administrator/Co-ordinator to support their Sales team.
- **The Role**:_
Based in High Wycombe 4 days a week plus 1 day a week at their London office, you'll be providing day to day administrative support to a busy team. This will involve:
- Co-ordinating tender responses internally to meet deadlines working alongside the Account Managers and assisting with the preparation of tender handover.
- Document and Records management.
- Diary management for the Sales Team - booking appointments, ensuring individuals have relevant information for each appointment/meeting.
- Book events, attendance at training, meeting rooms, restaurants, transport and accommodation for the team as requested.
- Creation and management of the Sales Teams' presentations
- Assist with co-ordinating and sourcing of client entertainment and events.
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Attend sales meetings when required, taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Attending the London showroom for team meetings and events.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum 5 GCSE's A- C grade including Maths and English
- You'll have gained solid experience in Microsoft Office, particularly with PowerPoint.
- Good spoken/written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
- You'll also demonstrate a positive, confident, and friendly attitude and be a strong team player.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and calmlyunder pressure
