High Wycombe, United Kingdom Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

We are looking for an IAPT Care Co-Ordinator for our IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service in Buckinghamshire. Healthy Minds is a nationally recognised, high-performing and innovative IAPT service supporting around 10,000 adults every year to manage their common mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression.

This position would suit a mental health professional with an interest in psychological therapies, or a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) who wishes to expand their experience and undertake additional training.

The post holder will work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing patients’ needs and providing patient-specific programmes of care through individual, group and digital treatments.

The post holder will also work closely with the Healthy Minds Single Point of Access (SPA) team participating in screening, risk assessing and supporting people to access therapy within both primary & secondary care.

Support from skilled supervisors and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the post holder develops their skills to deliver IAPT psychological therapies.

The post holder will be based with other team members within Healthy Minds offices in High Wycombe or Aylesbury. They will have access to support from the administrative team.

Staff wellbeing is a top priority for us. We have a very active, award winning, wellbeing team within the service and work hard to ensure that a supportive, collaborative and productive culture is in place.

The service operates from 7.30am to 8.00pm Mon-Thurs and 7.30 -5pm on Fridays. Currently, assessments and groups are provided in the evening and there will be an expectation to work one evening per week as part of the contracted hours.
