Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to assist a leading Services business, based in Andover, in their search for a Commercial Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Contract Manager include:

- Develop and implement a Contract Management Strategy aligned to the Business Strategy
- Manage deal governance, sign off and approval
- Develop and maintain supplier evaluation criteria
- Support pricing / commercial negotiation
- Create and manage Preferred Supplier Arrangements
- Develop framework to support tender processes within teams across the business
- Run and/or support tender processes with teams across the business
- Implement Service Level Agreements
- Oversee on-going contracts, contract amendments and extensions managed by the team

Key Skills/Experience of the Commercial Contract Manager include:

- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- A strong technical understanding of commercial and contract management - experience of pricing and deal structuring an advantage
- Real eye for detail
- Strong commercial acumen
- Appropriate professional qualification an advantage, e.g. CIMA/ACCA/ACA, IACCM or similar

The client offer remote working with only one day a week or fortnight required in the office.
