Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Manage site managers/supervisors to ensure contract compliance across all work streams and business activities.
  • Develop and train others in commercial awareness, PNL management, forecasting, budgeting, and planning efficiently.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction, client reporting, WIP, and IT interfaces.
  • Organize, host, and manage client meetings and briefings.
  • Manage any trainees and formal training plans, improvement plans.
  • Complete staff appraisals, reviews, recruitment, and disciplinary actions as required within your teams.
  • Provide business forecasting and in-depth reporting to Operations Manager weekly/monthly and quarterly.
  • Ensure robust weekly and monthly reporting regimes from contract management teams, non-conformance, and defect management.
  • Manage clients, escalations, contractual problems, and improvements proactively in a partnership focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">

  • A minimum of 5 years experience at management level, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Proven commercial management skills and awareness, understanding of finance mechanisms such as forecasting and PNL analysis.
  • Formal qualification in operational management and technical training in one of CCS main disciplines Gas, Electrical, or Retrofit.
  • Experience working across all work streams installation, maintenance, projects, commercial knowledge of accounting, NHF/SORS, process management in the social housing sector.
  • Proven experience in top-class customer service, digital awareness, and customer experience knowledge.
  • Understanding of JCT, MTC, NEC, and partnership contracts, compliance requirements, and process management in the social housing sector.
