You will be part of the Executive Support Office in East Anglia and you can expect to contribute to:
- recruitment campaigns for roles in East Anglia and the wider business.
- support business leads to obtain recruitment approvals
- supporting onboarding and induction of new starters into the organisation
- implement improved ways of working across East Anglia, within the recruitment process as well as the wider Executive Support Office
This post will involve hybrid working, working from home and with a base in any office throughout East Anglia. The post is full-time although requests for other work patterns will be considered.
Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
The team- This role reports to the Business Manager within East Anglia and is part of the Executive Support Office.
The Executive Support Office is responsible for planning and coordinating area-wide activities and events, working with the teams across the whole Area. We lead on activities related to workforce planning, including recruitment, business performance, assurance and compliance.
- Experience/skills required- Whilst relevant work experience would be an advantage, it’s less important to us than your ability to demonstrate the key transferrable skills and the personal qualities that we’re looking for. As with all of our roles, full on-the-job training will be provided.
a positive, proactive and hard-working attitude with the ability to work on their own.
- good planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver according to deadlines.
- good written and verbal communication skills and work well in a diverse, dispersed team.
- the ability to follow processes and use different digital tools, such as Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel and Outlook and experience with webpage design software such as SharePoint would be an advantage.
