About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services.

This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities through research and market analysis.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
