Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services.
This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
