**Facilities Administrator**

Our client in Cardiff City Centre is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

**Essential**:

- Previous administration experience
- Health & Safety qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
- Professional and approachable
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the helpdesk; delegating tasks to the relevant individuals within the team
- Support and supervise the Office Assistants
- Co-ordinate the in-house maintenance team
- Oversee and manage purchasing of stationary and office supplies
- Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors
- Manage staff access to buildings
- Communicating necessary repair works to the building agent and landlords
- Maintain service level agreements to the highest standard
- Taking on new tasks and supporting the Head of Facilities
- Weekly building walk to identify faults, issues & housekeeping for the building
- Day to day budget management
- Update and co-ordinate the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Answering both internal and external telephone calls from staff, suppliers and contractors
- Dealing with general enquiries and administration where required
- Cover reception and office assistants as and when required
