We are working with one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England who are looking for a **Group Vehicle Administration Team Leader** based at their Chepstow, Bristol, Cardiff or Bath sites (all will be considered)

**In this role**:

- You will be responsible for managing and developing the Vehicle Admin Team.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of files and returns for both internal and external auditors
- You will prepare the ad-hoc information for the Central Accounting Team as required.
- You will be required to assist in the provision of information and advice for Dealership management on financially related matters.
- You will be responsible for the accuracy for all Group vehicle reporting.
- You will be supporting the Group Compliance Manager.
- You will be required to visit all the sites within the group on a weekly basis and work with sales managers.
- You will be required to ensure Group systems are maintained to required standards and review and maintain the vehicle stock books.
- You will assist in the preparation of all manufacturer and other statutory returns.
- You will also be required to provide vehicle administration cover and support at various sites within the Mon Motors Group.

**In order to be successful in this position you will**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role.
- Have managed Team's that are situated in different locations.
- Have had experience in a similar role, and ideally have had experience of working within the motor industry and using ADP Rev 8.
- Have excellent communication skills and demonstrable personal leadership qualities, integrity and sound judgement.
- Have good keyboard skills and competency of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have high standard of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail.
- Have a passion for developing and motivating others.
- Have knowledge and ability to recognise potential risks to the company
