Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our service team at Sytner BMW Cardiff. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will provide outstanding service and support throughout the vehicle servicing process.

Key responsibilities include informing and consulting with customers on vehicle servicing, liaising with technicians/workshop control, and providing advice on our products and services.

A successful candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, as well as good attention to detail. Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, and a working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous.

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
