My client is one of the largest Financial Planning firms in the county of Norfolk, they have been operating in the industry for over 15 years and are a trusted, well-known, family-run company.

My client currently have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant who will act primarily as a Financial Services Administrator, this is an entry level position and personality to my client is key, you will be joining a large team of existing experienced PA/Financialadministrators who will be able to support you in your progression/career.

**Main purpose of the role**

This role is to support one of the company’s Advisers, a qualified and experienced Financial Planner with a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as a large number of clients to service, this role will be to assist them in servicing their clients inthe most efficient and professional way.

**Key tasks include**:

- The preparation and submission of New Business Files
- Monitoring and assisting sales progression - pipeline/case submission chasing
- Managing the Review process and booking in (if required)
- Completion or management of completion of the portfolio review report
- Action the outcome of the review and audit of the review
- Client change of agency and information collection
- Diary management including booking appointments
- Ensure income reconciliation is correct and check income statements regularly
- Lead management
- Contact Clients (if required)
- Update the back-office system appropriately
- Feedback to marketing team or introducer (if required)
- Submitting requests to the business support team
- Completion of draft suitability reports

**Additional Tasks (if applicable)**
- Prospecting new business opportunities for advisers to generate new income.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the Adviser meets with company standard compliance requirements.
- Ensure all service levels are met for relevant clients and audited correctly.
- Ensure you understand the Adviser’s business and activity target for the year and log/monitor the relevant figures associated.
- Ensure you understand the current business goals & objectives.
- Ensure that all data added to the back-office system is correct and up to date where available.
- Ensure that you understand workload requirements by associated group resources.

**Benefits**

Hours of work - 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

21 days holiday plus bank holiday (increasing to 25 with service)
