**Property Administrator**

**Overview**

CBRE are seeking an exceptional Administrator to support the Leasehold Residential Property Management Team. This is a new and exciting opportunity to work within a busy team in central London. You will work with the Residential Property Management team supporting with workload and tasks as requested.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The duties of the Property Administrator are extensive and include:

- Property management team support
- Using multiple database systems to update records
- Providing proactive support and excellent customer service to all customers ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner
- Liaising with different departments to ensure that up to date information is stored on our systems
- Site familiarisation across the portfolio of leasehold properties
- Preparing documents as part of the conveyancing process
- Data entry and validation
- Document review, collating and filing
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Diary management, arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Working effectively as part of a team in person or using technology

**Position Requirements**
- Computing skills with strong capabilities in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident and passionate team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
- Flexible approach to work, including the requirement to attend various properties as directed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
