**Location: Wimbledon**

**Salary: £25,000**

**Hours of Work: 5 over 7 (Includes Weekend work)**

**Core Hours: 09:30am
- 18:00pm**

Due to our continued growth, we have an opening for an Operations Support Officer, to join our team in Barking. The role requires you to provide full administration support and to assist the Senior Management team to deliver the day-to-day operational service that ensures we consistently achieve exceptional results for our customers.

The role is very hands-on, and the sphere of activities covers a broad spectrum of general administration tasks, co-ordinating and leading new starter inductions, hosting external visitors and supporting the collaboration of cross functional activities with our Group Central Service teams.

**Accountabilities**:

- Adding customer orders to daily production plans.
- Issuing daily production plans to factory.
- Timely resolution of general enquiries from suppliers, customers, and 3rd parties.
- Printing manufacturing labels required for daily production.
- Placing inventory and non-inventory orders for site (e.g., fresh produce and consumables).
- Review, audit, record keeping for all site records and documents both written and electronic.
- Staffing the office function at predetermined times acting as a welcoming host for customers, suppliers and all visitors to site.
- Administration of employee payroll, holiday booking, absence and shift rotas.
- Support new starter process including appropriate documentation, starter paperwork, induction elements through the HR team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks may occasionally be required.

**Measures and KPIs**:

- Accurate orders placed on time.
- Accurate issue of production planners, labels and rotas.
- Payroll compliance with no errors or omissions.
- Accuracy of administrator inputted data into business management systems.
- 3rd party audit of factory paperwork.
- Routine manager 1 to 1 progress updates.
