**Role Description**

In this newly created role, you will report into the Director of Operations on a daily basis and be responsible for coordinating and delivering internal / change and projects to meet with ever evolving business needs. Your role spans all departments and processes, and will require you to build relationships and collaborate within the business at all levels to get buy in and support for change / projects.

You need excellent communication skills, a high degree of sensitivity and integrity about your work, and be able to organise multiple projects at any one time. You will have strong IT and administration skills, documenting requirements and reporting regularly to all stakeholders.

You need to have vision, a questioning and challenging mindset, not being afraid to embrace change and influence those around you positively to get on board with you. You will have excellent problem solving skills and approach tasks pragmatically to achieve deadlines and positive end results. You will work across multiple teams including Risk, Governance, Quality, DevOp, and Operations, with highly skilled and experienced people, so the ability to learn and develop your own knowledge is essential to your success.
