Senior HR Manager

Working as a Senior HR Business Partner you will take responsibility for all strategy and business planning (including change management, restructuring etc.) as well as lead a small team of HR Advisors.
You will act as a leader within HR as well as an HR leader in your client group, leading on projects and initiatives for the firm and identifying and acting on opportunities to coach and develop colleagues within the function. You will be the "go to" personon all people related issues and projects across the UK.
The Senior People Manager will manage the day-to-day people operations which will encompass the following:
- Strategy and Business Planning (including change management, restructuring etc.)
- Resourcing
- Talent Management
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management and Salary Review
- People Projects (including pillar support as needed)
**To be considered**:
- Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a Professional Services organisation.
- Excellent track record of working with senior management within a complex international business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the respect of the Partner community, building and developing strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to influence strategic thinking/direction through creative and pragmatic issue resolution.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and experience of creatively solving ER issues in a commercial environment.
- Ability to deal sensitively with difficult issues and personalities.
