**Brief Role Description** Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join their team in Telford, supporting a gentleman on a 3:1 basis with a mild learning disability, Schizo-Affective disorder and Epilepsy.

The person supported has a great sense of humour, loves chatting and spending time with people. He especially enjoys shopping and going out for lunch especially chips and gravy

He loves to listen to music especially ministry of sound and loves to share a story or two of his past

The support is provided in a house in Telford, Shropshire and the team is 3-to-1 support by a mixed team of both male and female Support Workers.

The vacancy is for part-time hours. Shifts are 12 hours - 8am - 8pm, 2-4 shifts per week are available. Please discuss your requirements at screening.

You will have an interest, motivation and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.
