About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Doseley Road in Dawley, Telford. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, working closely with a friendly team of Support Workers to ensure service users enjoy valued and fulfilling lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible, practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users
  • Communicate effectively with service users who communicate nonverbally
  • Offer constant 1-1 support to service users as part of a team
  • Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties, housing management tasks, and medication distribution
Our Service

Our Doseley Road service is conveniently located just a six-minute walk from the centre of Dawley in Telford, with free parking on site for staff and several bus routes passing nearby from the local area.

Requirements

Previous experience is essential for this role. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions. You will be paid weekly.
