Support Worker

Quest24 is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers in Birmingham. We supply workers across various settings to a diverse range of clients with individual needs. You will have the opportunity to support individuals with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older people requiring care.
As a Support Worker, your daily tasks will involve assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning, personal care, companionship, and promoting independence in day-to-day activities for service users.

**What Quest24 Recruitment requires from you as a Support Worker**:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be over 18 years old.
- UK Care Experience: A minimum of 3 months of care experience in the UK is required.
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Travel Flexibility: Be open to travel within the designated areas.
- Communication Skills: Possess a good standard of English and effective communication abilities.
- Mandatory Training: Hold relevant mandatory training certificates.
