At Creative Support, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support services to individuals with mental health needs in Telford. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team.

As a Recovery Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with service users, developing warm and trusting relationships, and empowering them to express their needs, views, and concerns. Your role will involve working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to their individual needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing person-centred recovery plans, promoting hope and aspiration for service users
  • Supporting service users in managing their tenancy, maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home
  • Respecting service users' right to privacy, ensuring dignity is maintained at all times

We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a passion for providing person-centred care and support. Although previous care experience is not essential, full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
