**Job Description:**

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our young people, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins, and be available on a 365-day basis.
