- Proven experience in managing large teams within a customer service outsourcing environment, preferably in a call centre or collections setting
- Experience in managing teams across multiple sites is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of billing systems and associated processes
- Demonstrated success in managing a large department budget of approximately £5m+
- Exceptional people and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate colleagues
- Financial acumen and awareness to contribute to financial targets
- Ability to introduce innovative methods of working
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy
- A valid driving license
