Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day workloads for teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Embed health, safety, and quality standards into daily operations
* Set high standards and support management audits and site assessments
* Develop and train resources to meet operations delivery standards
* Prioritize managers and teams to meet client requests and contractual obligations
* Identify and implement additional works and procedures to enhance delivery
* Deliver to budgetary and operational targets set by Frameworks teams
* Ensure operational outputs and costs are optimized for overall business performance

Requirements:

* Extensive senior operations management experience in the manufacturing and engineering sector
* Water treatment industry knowledge and experience is essential
* HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline
* Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant and control equipment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
