Salary £25,000-£30,000 per annum

Job Role:
Perform general administrative tasks in support of the office team
- Assisting accounts
- Timely and accurate filing of all purchase documents
- Point of contact for staff with regards to holidays
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Be efficient in Excel and take the company’s systems on board
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in organising and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Meet and greet clients and suppliers in the office environment

Maintaining the fleet budget and ensuring the best value is maintained
- Setting up vehicle rental payments
- Answering incoming phone calls from new enquiries and existing customers
- Scheduling/booking vehicle services
- Processing insurance claims
- Adding/removing vehicles on traffic management online platforms (i.e. congestion charge, etc)
- Processing virtual van checks
- Arranging/managing vehicle repairs/maintenance
- Ensure vehicles are covered under our company insurance

Assist in Maintaining the company's health and safety accreditations.
- Ensuring our staff's qualifications do not run out
- Booking in staff qualifications for re-assessment

**Experience**:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

2. Proficiency in computerised systems such as Excel

3. Strong administrative and organisational skills

4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

5. Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently

6. Familiarity with office procedures and data entry processes

Hours 8-4:30 pm
