Office Administrator

**Summary**
**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Processing orders on Progress Plus
- Tracking deliveries
- Updating despatch dates on the system, and keeping customers informed as to any delays/updates regarding their orders
- Liaise with the despatch team to arrange deliveries
- Liaise with the Production Manager regarding special orders, delivery dates etc.
- General pricing for customers
- Liaise with the accounts department when customers are over the credit limit/on credit hold to try and achieve a resolution
- Additional administration tasks when required (scanning, filing etc)
**Organisational Relationships**
- With the internal and external sales teams to ensure there is good communication within the group.
- With production department to ensure that orders go out on time, and production are aware of any special requirements.
- With the accounts department to resolve any invoice queries and customer account statuses.
