At Prime Life, we are offering the opportunity to base yourself within our Head Office, the role will enable you to work closely in partnership with our Managers to develop important key relationships, and provide guidance as required.

**Do you have experience in supporting stakeholders to manage absence and welfare?**

Perhaps you have been hands on in tackling absence related issues, supporting employees with their welfare and utilising an employee engagement programme previously. Experience in supporting with occupational health referrals is essential, together with an understanding of how short term absence can impact within the business.

**About you**

If you have previous HR experience as a HR Admin or HR Officer, then this may just be the opportunity you are looking for. Prior experience within a Healthcare or Health and Social Care setting would be advantageous, together with an understanding of the sensitivity of the regulated services we provide to our clients.
