**About the role**:
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Division of Human Resources, providing comprehensive and intuitive administrative support to senior HR professionals. We are adopting an agile working approach, which means that you will be both home and campus based, working in a way that helps deliver a more effective work-life balance than ever before.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director of HR (Academic) and HR Business Partner teams across the University to support the delivery of complex administrative tasks that maximise the reputation of our HR function. You will have particularly responsibility for supporting the administration of the various Staff Reward and Recognition schemes, as well as an opportunity to be involved in other ad hoc project work.

You will build and foster relationships across the Colleges and wider University, knowing who to liaise with on key issues and using your own judgement and specialist knowledge to resolve a wide range of queries and issues.

**About you**:
This post calls for high levels of efficiency, organisation and coordination, coupled with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You must be an analytical thinker, capable of assimilating information to produce appropriate and supportive management information and documentation. We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar HR support role, with a working knowledge of the relevant HR systems, legislation, processes and procedures. Additional HR qualifications would be beneficial.
