**Executive Assistant** - Hybrid role, with a choice of working out of the clients' offices in Kings Langley or Cambridge. This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months and offers an attractive salary, with annual bonus and 25 days holiday.

Standard hours are 9am-5.30pm, but flexibility is required.

The main purpose of the Executive Assistant is to perform administration and secretarial support to the Managing Director.

The Director is looking for that right-hand person and someone to be on point at all times to help assist with his responsibilities.

**What you will do**:
Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and telephone calls

Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments

Booking and arranging travel both UK and Global, to include transport and accommodation

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Managing databases and filing systems

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with customers and clients

Managing and processing expenses for the team

Working closely with and supporting other Executive Assistants within the business

Maintaining a level of professionalism at all time

Maintain strict confidentially

**Key skills you need to have**:
Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often be party of confidential information

Flexibility and adaptability: You may be required to work occasional hours outside of core working hours

Good oral and written communication skills as you will be liaising with colleagues and customer of all levels

Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

Tact and diplomacy

An excellent working knowledge of standard software packages including MS Office and the ability to learn company specific software if required

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Detail-orientated Focused and responsive
