Organise meetings for the team. Updating project management system Plan complex administrative tasks/activities; supporting project work to be achieved within set timeframes. Ensure complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with sensitively and helpfully, escalating as needed. Explain sometimes complex administrative and project processes in an understandable way to colleagues, internal or external stakeholders.

Promote a positive image of the service in all dealings; being professional, tactful and helpful. Exercise judgement when dealing with queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating as appropriate. Standard keyboard skills are required to use computer systems on a regular basis. Updating spreadsheets and using Microsoft forms on a daily basis.
