**Paid Radio Controller Position (Part-time)**
**Role Summary**:
As a Paid Radio Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our patrol operations during Friday and Saturday nights. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between patrol units and our office, particularly during emergency responses, from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain constant communication with patrol teams to ensure their safety and provide necessary support.
- Accurately log incident details and maintain comprehensive records.
- Coordinate with team members for updates and effective coordination.
- Monitor the locations of patrol teams using tracking systems.
- Ensure the functionality of all equipment necessary for communication and operations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with emergency services and other relevant agencies as needed.

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during high-stress situations.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in executing tasks.
- Patience and composure when handling challenging scenarios.

**Commitment and Location**:
This paid position is based at our Warmley Office. You are required to work every Friday and Saturday night from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
