Our client is a market-leading company in the supply, manufacture, design, installation and service of engineering equipment, and is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their administrative team.
**Job Description**:

- Assist with the running and control of the works schedule, providing dates and labour allocations
- Ensure external teams are aware of upcoming works and job packs are prepared
- Maintain contracts progress list where applicable
- Read site reports and arrange further works/quotations if needed
- Support and liaise directly with all site teams
- Maintain calibration validity for tools
- Provide feedback to departmental manager
- Support departmental administrative tasks
- Identify training needs
- Organise own workload effectively
- Communicate at all levels across all departments
- Maintain and promote good customer relationships
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong prioritising skills and ability to manage own workload
- Prepared to learn new skills
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00 pm

**Salary**: £20,748 Depending on Experience
