**Hospital Administrator | Permanent | Solihull | Working 37.5 hours per week | Competitive Salary**
Spire Parkway Hospital are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support within the Radiology department.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- As a Radiology Administrator you will be welcoming, registering patients to the hospital in a warm, professional and caring manner and in such a way as to provide confidence
- Accurate collection of credit card details and patient information.
- Directing patients, consultants and hospital teams as required.
- Processing in-patient/out-patient charges.
- Manage the radiology switchboard in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all calls or enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Undertake various clerical duties including checking of RIS clinics, billing and answering queries, managing sending of reports to referrers, booking appointments.
**Who we're looking for**
- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
- Someone who works well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Working knowledge of SAP and RIS
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with information management systems
- Switchboard experience desirable
