Job SummaryThe Hospitality team at Aston Villa Fan Consultation Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administration for matchday hospitality, providing support to the hospitality team, and managing CRM and ticketing systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and possess excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all administration for matchday hospitality, including CRM and ticketing systems
- Provide administrative support to the hospitality team
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospitality strategies and initiatives
