**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support our CEO. As PA to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and provide comprehensive administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the success of a fast-growing global software company.

Key responsibilities:

- Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Prepare and coordinate materials on behalf of the CEO for meetings, presentations, and events
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes, and distribute comprehensive meeting notes to participants, ensuring action points are captured
- Prepare and reconcile expenses
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO’s office, primarily the Chief of Staff
- Support with office manager duties for the London office, ensuring a great working environment and meeting health and safety responsibilities

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives - experience supporting a CEO is desirable
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs
- A willingness to travel
- Experience working in a global software company would be desirable
