**Salary**: £30,000+ (depending on qualifications.)
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day management and operation of the children's home
- Ensure that the home is run in accordance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including supervisions and appraisals
- Support the development and implementation of care plans for the children and young people
- To be responsible as required for the running of premises and implementation of
- All related Health and Safety Regulations and associated Company Policy and Procedures Ensure that the children and young people in the home receive a high standard of care and support
Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
