About the Role">

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic care professional to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager at Aspris Children's Services Limited in the North West of England. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people, managing a small staff team, and overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the well-being of our residents and deliver high-quality care and support. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our young people and helping them to achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and care for our young people
  • Manage a small staff team
  • Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes
  • Ensure the well-being of our residents

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience, communication, organisation, and caring skills
  • Willingness to study towards the Level 5 Diploma

**Salary:** £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
