**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited in the North West of England. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people, managing a small staff team, and overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.
You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the well-being of our residents and deliver high-quality care and support. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our young people and helping them to achieve their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support and care for our young people
- Manage a small staff team
- Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes
- Ensure the well-being of our residents
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Ability to demonstrate resilience, communication, organisation, and caring skills
- Willingness to study towards the Level 5 Diploma
**Salary:** £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
