About the Role">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager at Aspris Children's Services Limited in the North West of England. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic care professional who can provide exceptional support to our young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes, managing a small staff team, and supporting the well-being of our residents. You will also be involved in line management, ensuring that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience, communication, organisation, and caring skills
  • Willingness to study towards the Level 5 Diploma

**Salary:** £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
