**Main Responsibilities;**
- Process documentation relating to customer sales through client portals
- Review progress of invoicing through client portals and obtain required information for client to approve invoices
- Review and update internal invoice trackers on a daily basis
- Ensure billing and cash collection targets are met and invoicing is carried out on a timely basis
- Main point of contact for our key clients, in terms of dealing with all queries and disputes. Responsible for ensuring all older issues are being investigated and discussed with the client on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback to Credit Controller and Financial Controller on any older debts and issues with invoicing on a weekly basis
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have significant experience of dealing with complex invoicing processes
- Highly proficient excel skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
